Data we process and why

Contact form data (name, email, phone and message) is used to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a quotation.

If you create an account or place an order, account, shipping and order data is used to manage the purchase, delivery, invoicing and warranty. Stripe processes card payments; we do not store card details.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures requested by you. We retain data for as long as necessary to respond and for applicable legal periods.

Recipients

We do not disclose data to third parties except where legally required or to necessary technical providers, including hosting and email.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
